Meet Lara
Lara Weinstein is the heart behind Harmony Path Healing. She is a Registered Massage Therapist (RMT), Certified in Contemporary Medical Acupuncture, Certified Facialist, and Usui / Holy Fire® III Reiki Master. Lara has been a licensed RMT since 2009 and remains in good standing with the College of Massage Therapists of Ontario (CMTO).
In addition to her clinical training, Lara has completed her Shamanic Arts Practitioner course and is a trained Cacao Facilitator, further deepening her ability to guide clients through emotional, energetic, and spiritual healing. Her approach is grounded in the belief that true wellness extends beyond the physical body and includes emotional release, spiritual connection, and nervous system regulation.
Lara integrates a wide range of modalities into her work, including massage therapy, acupuncture, cupping, reflexology, facials, Reiki, meditation, breathwork, and intuitive healing practices. Her treatments are never one-size-fits-all—each session is customized to support your specific goals, whether you are seeking relief from acute or chronic pain, pre- or post-natal care, deep relaxation, emotional healing, or spiritual guidance.
