2. What should I expect during my first visit?
During your first visit, we will:

3. What is included in my treatment time?
Your booked treatment time includes:

Assessment: Reviewing your health concerns and areas to focus on

Time to get on/off the table: Allowing a few minutes for comfort and positioning

Treatment: Massage, acupuncture, Reiki, or combined therapies as discussed

Homecare Instructions: Guidance on stretches, exercises, or self-care techniques to support your healing
4. Do I need a referral from my doctor?
No referral is needed to see a Registered Massage Therapist in Ontario. Some insurance plans may require a doctor’s note for coverage—please check with your provider.
5. How do I book an appointment?
You can book online or call us at 416-880-5833. Appointments are by request, and booking in advance is recommended.
6. What is your cancellation policy?
We request at least 24 hours’ notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments, will incur a fee of 60% of the scheduled treatment.
7. What should I wear to my appointment?

Wear comfortable clothing that allows easy access to the area being treated. For massage or acupuncture, you may be asked to remove clothing from the treatment area. You will always be professionally draped for privacy and comfort.
8. Are your sessions safe and hygienic?
Yes. We follow strict infection prevention protocols, including sanitizing treatment areas, using clean linens, and maintaining a safe environment. Your safety is our top priority.
9. Do you provide receipts for insurance claims?
Yes. Detailed receipts for RMT and eligible services can be provided for submission to your insurance provider.
10. Can I combine services in one session?

Yes! Depending on your needs, treatments can include massage, acupuncture, Reiki, and guided meditation in a single session for a holistic approach to wellness.
11. What if I have specific health concerns or conditions?
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or medications prior to your session. All information is kept confidential under PHIPA/HIPAA guidelines, and treatments will be adapted to your needs.
12. Do you offer virtual sessions?

Yes. Services like Reiki, guided meditation, and breathwork can be delivered virtually. Sessions are secure and confidential.
13. How often should I schedule treatments?
Frequency depends on your goals and health needs. Some clients benefit from weekly sessions, while others schedule treatments as needed. Your treatment plan will be personalized.
